I hope you're right that TMMI will prevail, but I think that they have put the noose around their own neck due to a foolish, knee jerk reaction to Dimension's patent. This was stated by me over a year and a half ago when they filed this lawsuit because ownership of 2.0 isn't clear at all. What I have read leads me to believe that TMMI doesn't own it. In fact Mike Fernandez told me that TMMI didn't own it when I was upset with him after Stratter and Simpson put on the demo. at Elliot's home for me. I didn't know who DFMI was at that time.

By the way, you call me "old retired". I'm not that old and I'm not retired, yet. How are you doing on that Labor Day prediction?
