Tomorrow will probably mean nothing. Tomorrow is when the court may, or may not, allow TMMI to amend their complaint for the third time. Evidently the mud didn't stick to the walls on the first two throws.
Oh,I don't know old retired, me thinks it will mean alot since the noose will be tightening just a wee bit more around the defendants personal necks---hint, those dudes were all named personally, so when the BIG MONEY judgement comes, they cannot just close shop and go back to Hawaii---they are on the hook PERSONALLY, and that is why I said I see some bankruptcies in the near future....LLOL. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of rogues.
