Ok Buzz, I read you'd fall off your chair if I showed up. Ive never gone anywhere my friend. Ive been here all along. I peek at this board every few weeks but thats about it.
Im in all the offerings since 08 including this recent one so what I say may surprise you. Buzz im frustrated as hell like everyone and thought a few times I may get out cuz I see things I dont like. I hate the time this is taking, some false promises early on (no need to name names), poorly worded releases (almost always), lack of communication, refusal to openly share data and details, management getting raises without shareholders getting any return and theyre not even paying for stock etc,etc... Lots that I dont like but thats as far as I go with that.
Buzz I hear your leavin and I dont blame you for feeling that way. Theres been countless days since 2008 when I wanted to hang a few on the management team (still do..especially two of them)

Im still in this because I know how hard this science is and how far theyve come. You really dont know how far! I believe strongly in a few key guys that would have been gone if this wasnt likely gonna work. The guys Im talking about work (and worked) for free so dont think its management that I like. Not saying I dont like a select few.
The few that I believe are the brightest, most accomplished and most qualified amongst the key people, believe in this in spite of a few guys that have done a royally crappy job. I mean they really STRONGLY believe... or they'ed be gone! Theyve seen huge corporations fail at this. Theyve worked for them and ran one of them.
So very few of us appreciate how hard this really was. The real details CANT be put into a release. Its just too much and too complicated. I understand a lot but Im frustrated and get angry because I didnt know how far we had to go. But no one knew or could have. Its never been done.
Yes they screwed up with some bad idea's about partners and some personel and they lacked direction and a sense of how to get from A to Z. No pun intended Z.
But for what its worth. Imagine they had a hundred boxes to check off a list 5 years ago and each box represented an accomplishment, a requirement or condition or a specific result necessary to reach the goal line. Buzz, they are about to check off that last box on a list that no one else could. This was all about the SCIENCE and even a few bad eggs, rotten plans, lack of direction and all the other negative stuff we all know about didnt get in the way of them figuring out this science. Goetz's created a beginning and some really dedicated bright guys starting in 08 had to pick up the pieces and figure out how to go down that long long list of items needing checked off... to get us home. They're going to make it Buzz! They're right there where we all wanted them 2 and 3 and 4 years ago and we didnt want to wait. I was impatient but believed. Some will get credit that didnt do shit and a few that kept the ship afloat and saved this thing have been forgotten. I havent forgotten...but at times I almost did. Best to all
