How many shares outstanding are there now? (rhetorical ? because the number has gone up significantly according to the last filing)

What has happened to the share price with this increased number of shares OS? (rhetorical ? because it has been very stable) Now accumulation could occur with a declining share price, increasing, or stagnant share price. But accumulation has been going on and it is very obvious. You could say accumulation isn't happening, but it is an emotional response to your frustration. (which I am pretty sure everyone feels to the same degree) Mine is the result of people not knowing what they are talking about or reading.
