Totally disagree. They first need to explain: 1) what business the company is engaged in - anyone know? 2) why they apparently sold "We Three" to Cardiff who is headed up by the former CEO of ARNH 3) what they got in return for "We Three" - on the surface it appears they received series F preferred stock which would convert to $1,400 at todays stock price - if my math is correct.

I think the company needs to inform shareholders what is the lay of the land before potential investors invest. I know I wouldn't invest blindly here.
