Slapping-at-the-ask is the key here for the coming run, just like the most recent 6-bagger quick rally! Waiting-for-the-news is extremely rarely to happen since ARNH is no longer a OTC currently reporting stock! If we all slap the ask at 0.0002s then an huge rally will kick in immediately... ARNH has very high positive book value and relatively low float available for trading!
