If you are lying and telling things that are not true to
hurt that persons reputation so as they will be harmed
to unable them to make their payments for the loan, what
would you call it. I for one would rather have this go to
a jury instead of a judge. Jury's despise those kind of
tactics. I believe a judge would also not take too
kindly for that kid of action either.

Now the question is can it be proved.

If there is proof watch out.
If it is he said she said, not so solid a case.
