A truly sad display of personal pique over the past few of days by people who have inserted themselves into positions of power as moderators of this board and to my mind have no respect for its purpose. And I am not talking about X. As to X, we all know he has his opinions, that he is a fixture here and that he is not a charlatan but rather someone with great expectations. Using him (and others here upon threat of expulsion or deletion) as lightning rods for frustrated personal time-lines has no legitimate place in this discussion, particularly when perpetuated by "moderators" who would likely delete such overtly inappropriate messages were they posted by those not so situated. Very disappointing. Truly awful. I understand frustration, but this is no way to deal with it.
