First of all,a class action is always a waste of time with penny stock companys,in fact with all publicly traded companies,period.The common stockholders are always the last to receive assets and there is rarely anything left for them. The only hope is not prosecution of CEO's,ever, unless your only hope is to somehow get back at whoever folks think were dishonest with them.Better off not trusting anyone,right from the start.The Federal government cannot get anyone's investment back.The only REAL hope for those who want some kind of financial return with FRTD,is,as I've stated before,to sell off any remaining assets if any,or just flat out find a private company to R/M with.AIMHO,of course.
