The big problem is Parilla is broke! I know a lot of people think he made out like a bandit but he's too stupid imo. A class action would be useless unless there were assets be it Tom or the Company. Imo, I believe the worth of Tom and Co. to be in the negative.

With that being said, the only real hope here is for the feds to get agitated enough to b*tch slap Parilla like he deserves. He baited and got people to invest on absolute pipe dreams and he should be pumped and dumped right into the grey bar hotel. I know there is probably not enough money involved for the federales to get involved, but every now and then they like to make an example out of an idiot CEO. I hope they still have Tommy boy in their cross hairs.
