the valuation DOES change when the pps goes down to .0003 which where the 1st P&D was after ASKE R/S...then another P&D @ .0003 AGAIN...which leads back to my question, why do a P&D with 1/1000 of the owner's SS when he can get do a P&D with 1/1 of the SS...ATYG is gonna go through this but it makes no sense...I must be missing something here...
