The company could care less about the stock price be it a quarter a dime a nickel or a penny.
They only care about volume.
No volume - no liquidity
No liquidity is the kiss of death for any public company.

1. He can issue himself, his family, and his associates billions of shares.
2. Engage a promoter to create volume.
3. Dump.

Repeat until the stock is at no-bid, RS again, issue more shares, etc.

Lather, Rinse, Repeat.
