Agree.

Especially what's encouraging is that AMRN put a short discussion about NEJM articles in their FAQs in a bullish manner and that makes me believe they must have notified FDA about this new finding.

And that should make it very hard for the FDA to ignore the facts and in fact FDA should use that as cover to overturn the rescission.

I also believe AMRN legal guns are loaded and ready to shoot if they see FDA repeating their mistakes. Involvement of higher management directly in the NCE lawsuit also puts pressure.

There are more reasons to be hopeful for a yes than no.
