The SEC already had the hearing and date for IMDS to respond has passed. As usual we will not know what happened until the SEC reports it.

Now you know why these mystery "foreign" angels appeared out of no where with a bag of money. Watch what happens over the next week. It should be ineresting. Glad to see the SEC has this scam on their radar.
