No stock means no way to raise money. Since they filed the "foreign investor" story (probably a fairy tale**), I'm thinking they filed something with the SEC to keep them from pulling the shares.
**certainly basing anything related to the financing on FDA PMA approval amounts to a fairy tale! We both know that!
