Thanks Pete...I'm just hoping it will trigger something at the end of the month in our favor. It still amazes me that AMERICA has no clue of XXII's panacea on such type of problem as the recent FL lawsuit win against big tobacco. FDA need to put this in rush once we apply. Better yet, should we all inform the state of FL and make this known? Hey Van, maybe you can start to light this fuse. I think US citizens deserve to know of XXII's IP that the government is hiding by not agreeing or holding the MSA.
