Thanks for the info- even better to get the authorities attention- American Greed- from off shore- lol

When more effort is put into R/Sing and not following through on deals, and selling convertible debt then there is producing oil and gas- something as to give eventually. And common share holders have given long enough- time for Volk and crew to step up to the plate and turn themselves into the authorities.

I'm hoping the WGAS story is so over the top it gets the attention of the authorities.

Years of multiple RS's - no oil and gas production- $millions converted debt- AND these 2 zingers, I'm hoping will be the winners:

1) Offshore Hedge Fund operated by the WGAS CEO

2) IR company calling investors and telling them to buy at the ask as tons of shares were to hit the market and take WGAS to no bid.
