It's irrelevant if they're being responsible by fixing the errors. Revised financial reports aren't just something Baltia is subjected to, ALL companies revise reports at one point or another. As long as BLTA keeps its eye on certification, while keeping up with OTCQB regulatory standards, shareholders will be happy in the short-to-mid-term performance of the stock, in my opinion.
