Whether Insider Compensation was purposely omitted from BLTA 10-Qs and 10-Ks or it was an accounting error; that is one of the criteria that most investors use to decide to invest in a company with no operations. BLTA investors have been sold stock based on lofty promises and share price projections. Not telling people year in and year out how much money was going into insider's pockets was wrong and would have changed things dramtically if that truth were told.

That is not the only thing BLTA hid from its investors whether intentional or not.
