Yep, this makes a ton of sense. License the technology now for a lower %rate on fees, etc for a larger % rate once patent is granted in full. This also protects the licensee from full out patent infringement while they are utilizing and evaluating said patent.

I like it. So, do you think this is what may be occuring in Thailand? would love to see Korea come on board here as well...

Lots of potential in the works, for sure.
