Gempicker, at this point in time , I really don't focus my energy on speculative conjecture as much as Keeping the Most Important thing, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING and that is MOVE FORWARD and Produce Revenues and that's the message I am communicating repeatedly to Management.
Whats happening in Thailand and Australia and what is in the works in the UAE or the communications the CEO had with people from these above mentioned counties and the people at Los Angeles when he had the international day recently and spent time with all of them some being "Old Friends" is Speculation on our part and the important thing is its all Seeds being sown and collectively all things are working together and there are several moving parts in this restructure effort and setting up the foundation.
What I see is that the CEO said in the December 2013 letter that he was moving into the balance sheet being cleaned up, converting personal debt owed to him into equity, and setting up perhaps 3 profit centers ( cellular labs in 12 months ) and have that be duplicated. He pointed out he is at a point where he is seeking international partners out. His vision is clearly global. His business model is clear to investors. He has followed through with the things he said in that letter. The Jan quarter already showed revenues right after the December 2013 letter. The Andrews agreement was announced and the cellular lab is being prepared for that revenue stream to begin if not already begun that we dont know of. The NYC facility continues to generate revenues in the mar-jun quarter which we will see on august 15th or so in Q 2 filing and I am sure the PRs will inform shareholders when Andrews is perming on their surgical center and when the IND begins. At the right time he will bring the senior management addition as well.
Once shareholders gain slightly more clarity and communication and visibility improve which can literally be any time now and given the meat of substance announced, the price will self correct rapidly to much more reasonable levels from these totally oversold levels and thats what makes accumulation at these levels extremely critical and beneficial to experienced high risk INVESTORS.
Its a Screaming BUY IMO
