FSPM was raided, why would an indictment be sealed? I contacted the prosecutors office to get facts not a plot line to a movie. I'm sure "sealed indictments" are used for bigger fish than an upstart in the marijuana industry....that type of hyperbole is just as bad as paid advertisement...No one knows if or when charges will be filed, if ever but I am as close as you can get to "real" information and not blowing smoke and throwing out claims of "sealed indictments" when you have no way to prove that claim at all. you said quote: "You have seen sealed indictments last for more than a year." and "They aren't going to tell you--or anyone--if there's a sealed indictment."

If those are the parameters, then it is total guess work to think that there maybe a "sealed indictment" because how would you know? Saying that something may have a "sealed indictment" makes it sound sexy and interesting and a straw-man argument because there is no was to "prove" what you are saying. It is more logical to think that the government didn't have all their ducks in a row before they raided and this is the cause of the delay in bringing forth any charges because if they had something, someone would be behind bars already. I'm sure they are not pouring significant amounts of time and resources into bringing down the great FSPM. Utterly Ridiculous!

They (the government)saw Mr. Sears name attached to something and went in and haven't found anything that is going to stick. This isn't a huge company and that sophisticated that the FBI and Justice dept is going to "seal indictments" like these guys are the Mafia... But people can believe what they want to believe .. Aliens, the tooth fairy, Sasquatch, even "sealed indictments" for small companies who are small fish in the overall scheme of things instead of the only logical conclusion here... They raided the place, got some items and their investigation so far hasn't produced enough "evidence" to charge anyone.

Charges may come and may happen but hasn't happened yet. Those are the facts.. 60 plus days and counting..."Sealed Indictments" are too much fantasy to take seriously but we will find out what and who is right in time...
