fwiw, i just talked with Mark by phone.

the auditor had said they would submit the completed audit end of day today.
Mark hasn’t received it yet, but expects it by monday.
Jim is on 5-day family reunion trip this weekend (left yesterday),
but is staying available by email through the weekend to drive it home.

when the audit is complete, the form 10 will be updated to reflect the audit’s final form and content.
and the pair should be ready for submittal late next week once Jim is back.
Mark said wednesday, but let’s expect friday to give Jim a couple days to review / finalize the form 10.

it’s being renovated for SchoolFuel launch.
among other details, the Cannabis Card info is being removed,
as it doesn’t jibe with school context.

site should be back up next monday.

Mark said this is due to creative redesign and evolution of the project
which should be announced roughly end of september.
He was intentionally vague to avoid mentioning material events / partnerships.
