Brand is spot on. I would add one note that I anticipate negative news from the NY insurance authority in the near term and some kind of restructure in the PR power authority Bonds PREPA-
My question to myself is the negative news already built in?
i am thinking I will add upon one or both of the above events.
There is also potential positive or rather potentially not so negative news out of the Detroit Bankruptcy. I do not think this is built in to the stock price.
