Tykundegex: I have to agree, I don't believe anyone goes into business with the intent to grow then fail. Mismanagement of funds, a lack of sales, and a lot of clients not paying for products as well as returning unused inventory really gutted Cerp.
Were there false PR and false claims of contracts to be signed in the future...we may never know but it seems plausible at this time.
It's disappointing to see a company trying to revolutionize the way people live and the way the world uses and sees plastic products go under. I was rooting for Cerp to be a premier player in bioplastics, that won't be happening. I am still hopeful that a company can bring bioplastics to the market and rid the world of petrol based plastics.

This is all in my opinon
