Maybe not robbed, but very very frustrated. I don't believe it was ever Scheer's intent to run his company into the ground. They had a stellar IP portfolio, real products, real production capacity, and multi-million dollar contracts with the right types of partners.

But management were grossly negligeant, IMO, in failing to mitigate the risk of the market not maturing fast enough, and not cutting WAY back on their burn-rate so as to weather the economic downturn.

They also screwed-up enormously with the Magna funding, which was the start of their downfall.

CERP was supposed to be one of my really big wins. I managed not to bet the bank on this, however, unlike anoher plastic-related company that is just about kaput too.
