Talked to martha today on the phone. She gave me the tracking number for my cert which should be sent out this week. I will update if and when I receive my certs. The fact that this hasn't been halted yet by the sec gives me some hope. Really if it is as bad as many are saying it is why hasn't this been shut down a while ago. Maybe things will turn around and we can move upward. Lets go PVEC get it together!! GLTA
