I've been warning about DNAD since it first began actively trading over three years ago when David Lovatt took over the shell. DNAD was Lovatt's 5th pink sheet stock dilution disaster. Sadly, all of my warnings proved valid.

The new CEO doesn't seem any more trustworthy. He could be even worse than Lovatt. It's suspicious that he lives in Costa Rica, runs a company based in the UK and is traded in the USA.
