DNAD's new CEO, Glenn Tellier, is also the CEO of Vendum Batteries, Inc. (VNDB) which never had any revenue and was diluted into the ground. Although Tellier lives in Costa Rica, VNDB is/was located in the UK like DNAD.

Tellier became CEO of VNDB on 12/3/2012 when the previous officers resigned. He never bothered to update the NV SOS with a new annual list and VNDB ended up revoked by the NV SOS.

Tellier "went dark" with VNDB after becoming CEO, meaning that he ceased filing the required periodic reports.

Tellier did a 100 million share financing for VNDB in January 2013 through Magna Group, which is a toxic financier that DNAD (through David Lovatt) also previously used. I suspect that Tellier's appointment as CEO of DNAD came through that connection, likely through Joshua Sason, the owner of Magna Group as well as Hanover Holdings.

Similar to the VNDB situation, Tellier seems to have become CEO after David Lovatt apparently resigned on 3/1/14. DNAD is also being voluntarily dissolved, which in the UK is called a "strike-off." It appears that DNAD is completely out of the online game industry and that the DNAD PR issued on 2/18/14 is likely void.

This is Tellier's second PK company he has taken over that is in the process of being dissolved. I suggest that DNAD investors research Glenn Tellier's history. Why did he relocate from Canada to Costa Rica? Why is he supposedly now in charge of a UK-based company that trades on the US OTC market but lives in Costa Rica? The new developments seem suspicious.
