Disagree. Bhang would LOVE to arbitrate.

And have the Arbitrator make public his/her findings.

And have Chester pay for the privilege.

Signed "a legal contract"? That is debatable.

Arbitration is NOT mandatory.

There will be some pathetic proposal from Chester which will be laughed off by Bhang, then some sort of a settlement that MIGHT get some of MNTR"s money given back to MNTR (though Bhang might just keep the money and have MNTR be a permanent minority shareholder). Chester will slink away with his tail between his legs, then put out some bizarre PR announcement painting himself as a victim and asserting how hard he is working for the shareholder's benefit and, of course, denying responsibility for his actions.

In other words, same old same old.
