It is highly unlikely that you will be appointed either judge, or a member of the jury, or the hangman or some combination of the three.

The contract requires mandatory arbitration and I think that will happen.

What the truth is will probably be discovered there.

As Bhang appears to be the party that wants to walk, they will discover they signed a binding contract. They have a high hurtle to prove Mentor guilty of something. Agreeing to the stock provisions in the contract implied that any funding Mentor was working on was not guaranteed.
