Orogen Energy, Inc. is taking it over. they issued 7,692,288,318 to them, for .0006 after increasing the authorized to 9 billion on 12/6/2013 and 2 days ago decreased the authorized at Nevada to 5 million effective June 30. There's a debt and warrant issue of some 4 million credit or somtin which Orogen got the shares for.

A few insiders excersied their stock options months ago apearently to take advantage of the plan.

Really sucks for the penny holders but it's also surprizing they'l get 1 penny too. It would seem that Orogen is buying the public out for $500k
