I seriously dobut it. They are basically wiping out all the common shareholders out of the equation except for the majority holders here.
Seems as if GSXN landed something huge and are going to keep it for themselves to initiate this magnitude of a RS if infact is the correct numbers.
If that is the case, they are buying you out for .0028 per share since everyone will have fractional shares. And if that is the shares after the R/S then most everyone will get nothing pretty much unless they had ungodly amount of shares....
This is just a WOW moment that I've never seen in the pennies... just yesterday I seen a company announce a crazy A/S increase and a humongous R/S in the same PR . WTF is going on here. LOL
To those who bought this in the pennies, Sorry to hear that. My message doesn't mean really anything because I hold no position/interest here, I just happened to see this on the radars and had to check it out and seeing the massive drop off in price at open is crazy.
