if memory serves me right. They changed to a firm from TX per otcmarkets.com.

CDII has not filed with the SEC during 2014. They were on the Nasdaq but now Pink Sheet Limited Information.

A coincidence that 2 companies with accountant Sherb aren't filing with the SEC in a timely manner any more? Not even a "NT" filing in the case of CDII.
