Well lets start with your share count. 2 posts back it was 660M now its 680M. Lets not invent dilution because mojo says the share count is higher than it is.

The company has a 33M market cap and started with a 15M market cap. Whats wrong with that?

The fact of the matter is those other stocks haven't and didn't need to do a 10 to 1 split, yet KBLB did so KBLB has 10x the shares now which is factored into share price and market cap

Splits are value neutral.
You are right that the others don't need a FW they increase their shares with dilution. So KBLB needed to split to make liquidity. It is obvious to see when you look at historical volume.

Find me a stock with 25M float and I will show you a very slow trading stock. In order to have shares worth selling the shares need to trade. Likewise you will not get an institution to buy an illiquid stock.

not even $1 million in cash on hand?! If Yahoo key stats to be believed KBLB only has just over $500k of cash.

Yes and as many are fond of posting....10B AS. If Kim needs cash he can get it the same way any public company gets their money.
But should he?

Having less than $1M is that really an issue? If he had $25M in cash would that be better? Is it better to dilute 500M shares so we have a buttload of cash?
Having cash is only an issue for a company with no access to financing or credit. If you have funding and credit like KBLB does you do not need to sit on a pile of cash.

Dilution is never good

Bull.

dilution never FEELS good but it is the ONLY way you get shares to invest with. It is how a company is able to acquire capital and grow.
Dilution is NEVER an issue when it isnt out of control.
So far Kim has increased the SS 32% and the market cap by 200%.

For every dollar in dilution Kim has gained about $5 in market cap.

Dilution is awesome when used correctly.

People in the pinks are just use to having the dilution out of control
