Confusing the way we are treated as retail investors.
Its like 'Oh hay dumb-dumb . . . we love your money but wish you weren't here'? There is very odd sense of loyalty to the idiots (us) that pay their salaries. Pinkie Land is not a whole lot different than casino slot machine . . . therein one should know your odds are set-up way over against players. Its a real shame on free enterprise that OTC is like legal release for crime on those that would try and help to fund free enterprise? Big Motors corp is too big to succeed . . . OTC is too small to succeed?

Only thing I can see is ATIG will be (is already) sold to Tribes, and they just have not told us the retail trash yet.
