A few scumbags make the good look bad! Don't be discourage from the few who give everyone else a bad name. There really are a lot of good OTC stock companies trying to do honest business, not just trying to rip the shareholders off. That is the biggest crime of all, that the few crooks can make everyone else look bad in my opinion....
