FBCI is a normal non-reporting clean shell with very tiny OS (only 1.49M shares) v.s. the peer snls has "CE" label or "Skull-Bone" sign with 4.37M shares OS! So FBCI should hit $0.2933 (snls just hit $0.1 or $437K MV recently) at least with much better tier and much much smaller float available for trading (just 140K shares maximal volume in history)...
