As I can tell no any shares available below the 0.01 ask from the Level2! Which is why the volume was only 212 shares yesterday after near three months of waiting period! It is actually the first transaction since 04/14/2014! I ever bid the large amounts of shares at 0.002 ~ 0.004 and no any fill at all! Also both the float (1.3M shares) and the OS (1.49M shares) are hyper tiny! The maximal trading volume in history is just about 140K shares...

The more I dig, the more I gotta know! I see the bank went under, but the holding company didn't? I really can't quite see the business model here, and I see no news, but I see mind boggling fins to be at this level! I gotta be missing something right?
