There are 27 million shares with 2 former company executives that are locked up and cannot be traded. I voted my shares to have them booted out and to have the 27 million shares frozen. The company is working on getting these shares officially removed from the 2 former executives via legal action. I don't believe this legal action has been started yet and it will be expensive, but the company is studying how and when to proceed. Apparently at least one of the former executives cannot even be located in Canada.

I recommend that you can call the IR guy, Mike Irving, and pick his brain and also "size him up" so to speak and put any and all questions to him. I believe any potential investor for a pink sheet stock like Roth should talk to the IR guy as there are not a lot of news releases and filings are of course less than the higher category stocks. I believe the IR guy is just another source of information to help answer questions to fill information gaps.

You seem like a savvy investor, so I would be very interested in hearing your opinions and analysis of Roth, including the product itself, the management, and anything else.
