#2964 RE: old biohf guy #2963

"I believe any potential investor for a pink sheet stock like Roth should talk to the IR guy as there are not a lot of news releases and filings are of course less than the higher category stocks."

Always a mistake to believe anything that emanates from the mouth of the IR guy for a non-reporting Pink Sheet penny stock like ROTH.

Lying is their stock in trade.

Gonna take a page from Marcus Lemonis here: For a business to be successful, you need 3 things: People, products and processes. IMO, when investing in a stock, you need to sprinkle in some other ingreditents as well, but these 3 make for a good starting point.

ROTH Specifics:
Product: Sucanon is quite "internet friendly". There is a ton of information and links, and it can be researched very easily.

Is it marketable? With a target market of Type II diabetes, (again, easily researched), it appears to have a broad and growing market, AND since it is not a "once and done" medication, if it shows positive results, it is a repeat seller.

People: Always have to start with CEOs, which in this case would be Luis Lopez. I haven't had much time to do a thorough background of him, so I cannot comment at this time. Also, I have a criteria of knowing what his relationship is to shareholders. Also to be investigated at a future time.

There was an announcement recently of some doctors added to the advisory board. Need to investigate them as well, not only for educational/experience background, but business savvy as well.

Processes: Still early in my DD, but it appears that several major steps have been taken to facilitate production and sales of their product, namely PNP Pharm. as manufacturer and MDR/Nadro as distributors in Mexico. (Still investigating those companies and their potentials).
Also, there has been movement under the FDA, which indicates a movement forward and a desire to expand the market, potentially in US and other countries.

Some of the other ingredients we have to mix in as investors, would include share structure/share responsibility, reporting, communications, and future growth/potential.

I could ramble on and on about specifics or details of what I look at, but to no good end. Hoping this gives you a frame of reference for what I do in my DD, and maybe it will help you with yours.

Best.
