Interesting communication. Especially assuming that the lack of subpoenas infers they are Scott free (Scott, lol).

Interestingly enough, today it was noted that all of the HFT firms targeted by the SEC and further commented publicly by AG Holder as firms of interest, to date there have been no subpoenas.
