Geo, I wasn't around back then, but as you describe events it becomes quite apparent that Epstein became frustrated after he was ousted. Gee, do you think he comes on this board to bash the BOD and management of Peregrine?

Wonder what happened with that shake up during/after Epstein.... I'm not sure if he left on his own or not but my guess is he wouldn't just volunteer to leave the company:

A couple of posts from that time period...

So what does that mean? I haven't followed the case for awhile. Thanks.

wxcbs, I'm trying to find an answer to that question. I'll post if and when I get a reply.

I believe Peregrine had it removed from
the calendar. I don't know the reason.

Peregrine forced discovery on Epstein and Epstein

couldn't produce the non-existent documents. So a settlement has been negotiated by the law firms on behalf of their clients. I think Epstein is lucky the decision did not go to jury or remain in Judge Perk's hands. I hope we see some of the settlement terms, some day. I think Epstein's greatest hope was that PPHM would go under but PPHM ain't going anywhere other than up. Last I remember Epstein still owned PPHM stock.

This is jmo but I feel 95% certain of such a scenario.

EZ, I'm confused about your post, could you explain further?

You're stating a settlement has been reached but then end the post with JMO and you're 95% certain of this scenario.

Have you confirmed a settlement or is this speculation?

I'm trying to get an answer from PPHM but don't have anything to report just yet.

Just thinking out loud

I have talked to several lawyers and their conclusions support my thinking. I also know Epstein and I think he has taken this about as far as he can. I know what's right and I don't think Epstein has a leg to stand on. I think settlement is a logical conclusion to the whole mess.

Another possibility is that PPHM received whatever discovery they were trying to compel making the Motion moot. I am all for a settlement, especially if it benefits PPHM, but it would seem an overead at this point to conclude the matter has settled without more information.
