i believe it boils down to kim desperately needing a legitimate reputable financial institution willing to assist in financing kblb...and he cant find one...and i believe the reason is is that when they see what hes got and where hes at with it and how much he needs and how long there is to go etc etc coupled with the fact that hes a one man show running a tiny pink sheet company with big dreams, they just arent interested...and yes im sure the terms under those circumstances would be very hard for kim to swallow...aint no doubt about that...

face it...he cant get financing...the "greater good" would be very well served with legit financing...
