It has been proposed twice before that a group here offers Kim T. some alternative or extra financing on some basis similar to that contracted with CSC.

I believe that it was even brought to Kim at one time.
Kim T. is not interested.
He is quite happy with his deal with CSC, and supposedly has wanna be financiers lined up at his door if he wanted any.
Not surprising at this late stage.
