I assume you are referring to FRTD and its pink stock status. Periodically is a broad term. I would tend to use the words "very rarely."

This company has been 11 years of never coming close to being a special situation. It's is a Stanton scam being run by a Stanton disciple. I guess we'll see though. GLTY also.
