Penemy I hate to blow holes in your possible scenarios but a few of them just do not make a whole lot of sense. While you are focused on the power of shareholders and believe Hilal may be planning some major battle to be waged vs large SH that is not where he is focused. Hilal has a laser focus on growing revenues and expanding his business and that is it period.

Hilal may despise the flippers and certainly lacks great fondness for long term SH but you as an investor are looking at things from an investors standpoint while Hilal only cares about growing his business.

Also why would you ever believe after all these years of waiting major SH would suddenly dump their shares if there is no PR on Monday? One of your other scenarios that includes an increase of the A/S with total silence from the company is counterproductive to everything else Hilal is attempting to achieve.

Why would Hilal do the 6000/1 R/S to purposely get the SP up over a dollar and then immediately do an increase of the A/S WITH NO NEWS which would cause the SP to sink well below his original goal? He wouldn't.

Believe me I am no fan of Hilal as he has treated SH like trash but remember most of that is a result of him putting his business plans ahead of SH who are always in the back of the line. Now with the NY domicile move, ITAR compliance, $46K revival, the LAST thing he wants to see is the SP sinking because then there would be no new investors to come aboard should he later decide to increase the A/S for future business expansion.

Penemy, I do want to thank-you for all the excellent research you have done and shared on this board, your research is excellent but your theories of what may happen here are a bit wild and crazy.

PS I already checked out and visited the original Display-Tek site some time in 2013 (believe it was on Freedom Hills rd, Poughkeepsie. It had been abandoned by Hilal for several years and when out there I spoke to the new owners who were cleaning up the premise. Whether he has resurrected Dis-play-tek to 19 Commerce St is any ones guess
