WC and I might add that when Cetek was trading at .0001 and lets say a securities atty was offered 50M Cetek shares as a contingency he mostly likely would have laughed at the offer off as worthless. This will not be the case going forward with an initial trade of between .60- 1.20 per

For the first time in a long time because of the move to NY, I do not feel the legal route will become necessary but it is certainly good to know we have this option in our back pocket !
