pricing a public offering vs closing a public offering

Not sure I understand any difference. It's not an initial public offering, where pricing can change till the second it goes to market. A standard offering should stand price wise till closed. It's an offer to sell company stock. There is no bid/ask or give me a deal if I buy large to my knowledge. It's you want my car, pay my asking price and take it home. Beside the offering price is always discounted for market price.

Welcome to my mind!

Success to all
