This CEO & BOD Hodge thing is a non issue. If Hoge is on several boards of other companies it only exposes RLTR to more executive level people which is a good thing. If Hoidge steps down as CEO and hands it over to a experienced operator in the entertainment space that is a even bigger positive. Only down side would be if he handed the company over to any of the former CEOs.
